Turmeric, Ginger and Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
Turmeric
Ginger 
Garlic
Lemon
Hemp hearts
Hemp oil
Olive oil

Directions
Slice a one inch section of turmeric root into one quarter inch sections. Using a garlic press, press the turmeric juice and pulp from each section into the base of an immersion blender container. Slice a two inch section of ginger root into one quarter inch sections and press the ginger juice and pulp using the garlic press into the container. 

Peel one garlic clove, mince one tablespoon garlic and add the minced garlic to the container. Juice one half lemon and add the lemon juice to the container. Add one tablespoon raw hemp hearts, one tablespoon hemp oil, two tablespoons olive oil, two tablespoons water, one quarter teaspoon Himalayan salt and one eighth teaspoon ground pepper to the container. Place immersion blender on the bottom of the container and blend until dressing is emulsified. Refrigerate dressing in a tightly covered glass jar and use within three days.
