savory swiss chard, oatmeal & quinoa bake

farm fresh local eggs
farm fresh organic swiss chard
farm fresh organic baby red potatoes
farm fresh organic turnip
farm fresh organic baby yellow onion
organic rosemary
organic chives
organic green onion infused olive oil (recipe link)
organic sea salt
organic rolled oats
organic quinoa flakes

preheat oven to 375 degrees. chop one half cup potatoes, one half cup turnip, one half cup onion and add to mixing bowl. remove stems from one cup swiss chard, chiffonade leaves and add to mxing bowl. mince a few sprigs of rosemary and one tablespoons chives and set aside. add one cup oats, one half cup flakes, rosemary, two eggs, one teaspoon oil, one cup water, one half teaspoon salt and stir well. grease baking dish with one half teaspoon oil and add oat mixture and bake for thirty minutes. let cool and set for five minutes before serving topped with minced chives.
