breakfast sammie

farm fresh organic kale
farm fresh organic chives
farm fresh eggs
farm fresh local garlic bacon, cooked
local fromage blanc
local artisan baguette
organic green onion infused olive oil (recipe link)

add one teaspoon oil to pan, cook egg and set aside. slice bread and toast in pan for a minute and set aside. remove kale from stem and add one half cup to pan to cook for thirty seconds per side and set aside. add cooked bacon to pan to warm. spread fromage blanc on bottom bread, add kale, bacon, egg, chives, more kale and spread fromage blanc on top of bread.
