Infused Olive Oils and Vinegars




Spring Onion Infused Olive Oil
Ingredients
farm fresh organic spring onions
organic olive oil
sea salt

Directions
wash one large bunch of green onions and cut bulbs off.  slice onion greens and add greens into a large glass jar with a few pinches of sea salt; cover greens with three cups of oil. cover jar with a tight lid and store in a dark cool area for seven days, shaking jar every day. on the seventh day, strain oil into a clean glass jar.



Basil Infused Olive Oil
Ingredients
farm fresh organic basil
organic olive oil
sea salt

Directions
wash one large bunch of basil and remove basil leaves from stems. mince basil leaves and add into a large glass jar with a few pinches of sea salt and cover greens with three cups. cover jar with a tight lid and store in a dark cool area for fourteen days, shaking jar every day.  on the fourteenth day, strain oil into a clean glass jar.

Lemon Infused Olive Oil

Ingredients
three organic lemons
organic olive oil
sea salt

Directions
wash lemons. using a potato peeler, slice off lemon rinds and place into jar, toss in a few pinches of sea salt and cover rinds with olive oil. cover jar with a tight lid and store in a dark cool area for fourteen days. 
on the fourteenth day, strain oil into a clean glass jar.



Raspberry and Basil Apple Cider Vinegar
Ingredients
farm fresh organic raspberries
farm fresh organic basil
organic apple cider vinegar

Directions
boil three cups vinegar.  wash raspberries and basil removing any stems and cut basil leaves.  add raspberries and basil to glass jar and top with apple cider vinegar.  cover jar with a tight lid and store in a dark cool area for seven days, shaking jar every day.  on the seventh day, strain vinegar into a clean glass jar.


Tart Cherry and Rosemary Apple Cider Vinegar
Ingredients
farm fresh organic tart cherries
farm fresh organic rosemary
organic apple cider vinegar

Directions
boil three cups vinegar.  wash two cups of cherries and a few large springs rosemary, remove all stems. add cherries and rosemary into a large glass jar and fill jar with apple cider vinegar. cover jar with a tight lid and store in a dark cool area for seven days, shaking jar every day. on the seventh day, strain vinegar into a clean glass jar.



Lime and Cilantro Apple Cider Vinegar

Ingredients
farm fresh organic cilantro
two organic limes
organic apple cider vinegar

Directions
boil three cups vinegar. wash a large bunch of cilantro and remove leaves from stems. wash two limes and using a potato peeler, slice off lime rinds and place into a large glass jar with cilantro leaves. fill jar with apple cider vinegar.  cover jar with a tight lid and store in a dark cool area for seven days, shaking jar every day. oOn the seventh day, strain vinegar into a clean glass jar.
