rosemary turnip corn grits






















ingredients
farm fresh organic turnips
2 cups organic corn grits
2 cups farm fresh local milk
4 cups water
organic oil blend
farm fresh local fromage blanc garlic herb cheese
farm fresh organic rosemary
cracked sea salt and pepper

 

directions
chop turnips; add oil blend or butter to pan and cook turnips with a little sea salt and pepper. add oil blend or butter, sea salt, water and milk to a pot and bring to a boil. mince fresh rosemary and add to milk mixture. Reduce milk mixture to low, add grits and stir for twelve-fifteen minutes. add garlic herb cheese and blend into grits. add cooked turnips and blend into grits. pour into a serving dish and let stand for ten minutes.
